A-Frames (high-speed dispensing)
Put an A-Frame to the test for highest volume picking
WEPCO systems integrators recommend A-frame picking systems for high volume, split case item-oriented picking. This system is made of multiple dispensers that hold a vertical stack of product to dispense onto a conveyor. The bottom item is individually removed from the vertical stack (based on order requirements). Each dispenser is adjustable – for higher volume items, assign multiple dispensers to each item. Use a single dispenser for slower-moving items.
