Rates of over 100 sorts per minute call for specially-designed systems. WEPCO systems engineers will recommend the right high-speed device
for your application. Shoe sorters, made of tubes or slats with sliding
shoes, can sort at 200 cases per minute and more. At those speeds, cartons must be spaced properly before inducting onto the sorter.

Case Induction — To properly gap your cases before they are inducted into the sorter, special equipment such as meter belts, servo-induction conveyors, and multi-lane induction belts are used.
Shoe Sorters — Depending on the product and sort rate required, shoe sorters can be made in a variety of configurations – tube or slat, single sided or dual diverts, 30° or 20° diverts.
